technically it was quick sniping but not quick scoping Quick scoping is where you left click and right click at the same time then quick switch, usually the fraction of a scope in will bring your crosshair in closer to the enemy making an easy kill.

I used to be able to do that in CS 1.1 and 1.3, but I haven't played CS in a very long time.
